HUASUN is a law firm of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law. We consult and represent our clients in all the issues of German and European intellectual property rights. We are the first law firm of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law in Germany grounded by person with Chinese background. The law firm was grounded by Yiming Sun and our team members come from China and Germany. Yiming Sun is the first German patent attorney with Chinese nationality and he is also European trademark & design attorney. 

We consult Chinese clients directly in Chinese. As a law firm of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law, we can competently support Chinese clients especially in all issues of intellectual property rights, which nowadays still remain a weakness for many Chinese companies.
