Hong Zhou has successfully graduated from Zhejiang University with the major of Law (LL.B). After that she came to Göttingen for her further study. At the Georg-August-University Göttingen she emphasized on studying international investment law as well as WTO law, public international law and corporate law. During the study she focused on attending many seminars in the area of “Abuse of process in international investment”.

 

Hong Zhou has obtained the qualification for Chinese attorney-at-law by successfully passing the National Bar Exam in China since 2011. She has obtained extensive experience in the area of general corporate matters M&A, foreign direct investment (FDI) and IPO via making her internship at a reputed international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

 

In HUASUN, since 2014 Hong Zhou provides assistance to our patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law in the area of German and European IP law. 

 

The mother tongue of Hong Zhou is Chinese. Besides, she also speaks English and German fluently.
