上周五，我所负责人孙一鸣出席了欧洲专利律师协会在荷兰Eindhoven举行的异议与申诉程序研讨会（“Opposition & Appeal”）。

此次研讨会旨在向与会者提供与欧专局前的异议和申诉程序相关的法律和实践事宜的介绍，主要内容包括对申诉委员会及扩大申诉委员会做出的重要决定的讨论以及对程序中重要的策略性事宜（例如，异议和申诉程序中对迟交证据的处理、如何撰写欧洲专利申请以避免后续在异议和申诉程序中遇到问题等）的介绍。出席研讨会的主要是来自各国的欧洲专利律师，人数大约有150位左右。主讲人包括欧专局申诉委员会委员Marcus Müller。
