根据欧盟理事会于2012年做出的决定，统一专利法院的法官培训中心将设于匈牙利的布达佩斯。日前，匈牙利政府为该法官培训中心的成立召开了为期两天的会议。就此，匈牙利知识产权局在其官方网站上发表了题为“统一专利法院法官培训中心在布达佩斯揭幕”的新闻公告。该公告全文由我们翻译如下：

匈牙利政府于2014年3月13日至14日为位于布达佩斯的统一专利法院法官培训中心的成立举办了为期两天的会议。这一承担培训新法院系统法官的职能的新培训中心预计将于2015年底开始运营。但是，新培训中心可能会提早开始履行其职能。成立统一专利法院的筹备工作已经在顺利进行。预计在候选法官选举完毕后，法官培训在2014年下半年就可能开始。如果上述计划能够得到顺利实施，那么首期培训就将在今年秋天举行，布达佩斯方面将对此予以支持。

此次会议是由匈牙利行政与司法部（the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice of Hungary）、匈牙利知识产权局（the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office，英文缩写HIPO）和欧专局（the European Patent Office，英文缩写EPO）共同主办的。此次会议由匈牙利行政与司法部部长Tibor Navracsics、匈牙利经济部长Zoltán Cséfalvay、欧专局局长Benoît Battistelli、欧盟内部市场协调局局长António Campinos以及匈牙利知识产权局局长Miklós Bendzsel博士共同开幕。会议主题演讲由统一专利法院筹备委员会主席Paul van Beukering和筹备委员会人力资源与培训管理协调员兼匈牙利驻欧盟特别全权代表Olivér Várhelyi共同主持。

会议第一天主要对统一专利法院、统一专利法院筹备委员会的工作以及欧盟成员国现行的法官培训机制进行了总括性介绍。

会议第二天则对欧洲专利组织行政理事会所属的选举委员会的工作进行了介绍，该委员会的职责是对单一专利保护的实施进行筹备工作。最后，在统一专利法院法官培训中可能被纳入的专业内容也在会议上得到了讨论。

此次会议汇集了多位欧洲知识产权保护领域和专利诉讼领域最为知名的专家，取得了圆满成功。匈牙利知识产权局感谢众多与会者给予的高度积极评价，并对欧专局、欧盟内部市场协调局以及协办方一如既往的支持表示诚挚的谢意。
